Many of our dishes contain raw fish. If you are pregnant, please follow the advice of your doctor or midwife on eating raw fish and seafood. Our team will gladly tell you which dishes are cooked, vegetarian or vegan.
You’ll find numerous dishes on our menu that contain no meat or fish, and some are also free of dairy, such as avocado maki, cucumber maki and our vegan boxes. Some vegetarian and vegan items still contain allergens such as gluten, soya, mustard or sesame, so please check our allergen information page before ordering.
Most of our sushi and many hot dishes contain gluten (wheat), mainly because our soy-based sauces are made with wheat. A few items, such as edamame, miso soup and plain rice, have no gluten among their ingredients, but wheat is used throughout our kitchens, so we cannot guarantee that any dish is gluten-free. Please check our allergen information page and tell a member of staff about any allergy or intolerance before you order.

We strongly recommend enjoying your sushi fresh. However, you can keep leftovers in the fridge for around 12 hours, after which they should be discarded. Leftover sushi should be cooled as quickly as possible – never left at room temperature.
